During current year, despite severe pressure from import of hydrogen peroxide in local market, the Company was able to increase its market share by increase in sales price and sales volume which became possible only through focused sales and marketing development strategies backed by stable production. Obviously this happened with the great help of Almighty Allah and colossal efforts by the management of the Company.
The Company’s management showed its efficiency and strength by achieving this growth, despite of plant shutdown for approximately two months due to persistent curtailment of natural gas and certain major maintenance/shut down jobs.

Sitara Peroxide offers all commercial grades of hydrogen oxide, which we specially stabilize accordingly to our customer's application needs. The successful implementation of all SPC (statistical process control) programs at our plant and the continual enhancement of our employees' skill ensures that every shipment meets the consistently high quality standards that Sitara Peroxide known for.
Distribution
Delivering hydrogen peroxide to our customer's premises is the single most important part of our job, and the ultimate amalgamation of our commitment to reliability, safety and quality. Sitara Peroxide's foremost concern is that our products reach their destinations both quickly and safely, which is why we only use premier transport solutions: custom-made drums and tanker trucks.
Cans & Multi-boxes
Concentrations of up to 50% are distributed in cans or multi-boxes. All such containers are equipped with a venting device in the head and should never be stacked and palletized in a way that might damage or block the vent.
Tanker Trucks
Our bulk road tankers deliver customer's order straight into their bulk storage tanks. For this purpose the trucks are equipped with hoses and fitting for attachment to bulk storage systems. Because Sitara Peroxide tank trucks are only used for hydrogen peroxide any possibility of contamination with other products is completely eliminated.

Mrs. Sharmeen Imran (Chairperson)
Mrs. Sharmeen Imran is medical doctor and has been acting as Chairperson in Sitara Peroxide Limited since October 2013. She has been serving on Board of the Company since its incorporation. In addition to SPL, she is also serving as director on Board of Sitara Spinning Mills Limited
Mr. Imran Ghafoor (Chief Executive Officer)
Mr. Imran Ghafoor has over 15 years of entrepreneurial experience. He has completed his masters in business administration from Punjab University, and has undertaken several Industrial and Business, Finance, Marketing, Management and Leadership courses from Boston University and LUMS. Besides Sitara Group of Industries, he has been associated with a number of leading national and international business associations including FCCI, APTMA and APCEA.
Mr. Waleed Asif
Mr. Waleed Asif has been acting as director of Sitara Peroxide Limited since 2012. Mr. Waleed Asif is an associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and Association of Certified Chartered Accountants. He also serves as member of audit committee and human resource and remuneration committee lending significant financial and accounting expertise to the proceedings of the Committees.

Mr. Saim Bin Saeed has been acting as director of Sitara Peroxide Limited on since 2014. Mr. Saim Bin Saeed is an independent director and represents interests of minority shareholders on the Board of the Company. He is chairman of audit committee and member of human resource and remuneration committee. He is a reputed businessman and has business experience of more than 10 years.
Mr. Ejaz Hussain
Mr. Ijaz Hussain is experienced professional in the fields of Human Resource, Administration, Commercial, Marketing and General Management. Mr. Ijaz Hussain joined Sitara Chemical Industries Limited on 16th October 1999 and presently working as Director CEO’s Secretariat and Human Resource.
Mr. Ijaz Hussain holds Master Degree in Political Sciences from University of Karachi. He has done many courses on Management, HR, Leadership and Negotiation skills from PIM, LUMS and other reputable institutions. He has also attended many conferences, seminars and workshops on multiple disciplines of business management.
Mr. Ijaz Hussain has almost 38 year experience in the above fields. He has worked with couple of well reputed private organizations like Packages Group, Dadabhoy Group of Companies and South African High Commission.
Mr. Ijaz Hussain has international exposure for commercial negotiations. He has travelled to China, Thailand, Saudia Arabia, Italy, France and Germany for attending different courses and for business dealing
Mr. Muhammad Asif Pasha
Mr. Asif Pasha has joined Board of Directors of Sitara Peroxide Limited in April 2017 to fill the casual vacancy occurred due to resignation of a director.

Yasir Ahmad Awan is the former Board Member / Director of TRG Pakistan Limited. He was named to this position in February 2010. TRG is the provider of business process outsourcing services to world’s leading fortune 500 companies.
A financial professional with experience of more than 18 years in the stock market and having expertise in planning, advisory, assessing and evaluation. Mr. Awan has been a responsible and successful investor and an entrepreneur.
He is a graduate in commerce form University of Karachi and has done Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting (CIMA, UK) and is also a qualified Management Accountant (ACMA) from Institute of Management Accountants of Pakistan (ICMAP), Karachi. Recently, he has also served as an examination supervisor at the ICMAP. His CIMA UK qualification is under progress.

The Company produced 22,731 Metric Ton of Hydrogen Peroxide (50%) and achieved production capacity of 76% which is 3% higher than the previous year.
Sales Landmark
The Company achieved sales of 23,186 Metric Ton of Hydrogen Peroxide during the year under review,hence achieving increase of 10% in sales volume over the previous year.
